After-hours emergency service
I was in need of after-hours emergency service on my home air conditioning unit. I called Patrick’s Heating & Air Conditioning to see if they had any availability the same night since my compressor wasn’t coming on to cool the house. They were able to schedule me the same night to see what the issue with my unit was. Chris and Leo let me know they were on the way, and I received a status update of how far away they were with an approximate arrival time. Chris and Leo were able to troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved in 20 minutes. They were courteous and friendly. I will be sure to call Patrick’s Heating & Air Conditioning again for any future needs I have with my home A/C system.

I have used Patrick’s twice and very pleased both times. Their company cares about your needs and will find the problem and fix it quickly. Will definitely be using them in the future. I would also like to add that they do not ask for an outrageous emergency fee to come out after hours or on weekends. They charge a $49 fee and use that fee towards fixing the problem.

Our HVAC unit went out unexpectedly in the middle of the summer, and I contacted Patrick's Heat and Air. Within an hour, Chris and Leo arrived—even coming from out of town. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and replaced the faulty capacitor. Both technicians were professional and very courteous, taking the time to make sure I understood what was going on with the system. Craig Herden was on time, proficient and courteous. Called ahead to advise he was coming. Took the time to explain the process of the work that was performed as he was doing it and upon completion of the work. Since this was a follow-up to a recent issue, work was performed at no cost. It was a bit of an emergency, would like to give credit to Chris in the office. He handled my call, understood the seriousness of the situation, and assigned someone to be here within 3 hours. Kudos all around.

Just moved to Florida from Massachusetts, 2 days in, and my AC unit stopped working. I called another company that had installed the unit, however, they wouldn’t take me as a new customer even though it was only 2 yrs ago. I called Patrick’s Heating and Air Conditioning and they were at my house within a half hour. Shane and AJ were extremely professional and very polite and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend Patrick’s for any of your AC, Heating, and Electrical work, I don’t think you will be disappointed!
12-2023 / Craig Herden had installed new faucets in both bathrooms, and my kitchen last December. He also installed a home filter system, water softener system as well as a new water heater. He was very thorough and did a great job!!
Today 11-18-24, he came out to do the annual inspection to make sure everything was in good working order. Everything he did was in excellent condition and there were no leaks detected at all. He did have to replace the outside faucet connectors that were both leaking. I knew one had been when I used my hose, but I was procrastinating a bit. Anyway, he fixed both of them today which turned into a bit of extra work, but he took it all in stride. I would recommend him for your plumbing work. He is very professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with! Tom Trumpy also came out to inspect my HVAC and all was good there too. He really knows his stuff. Great job Tom!
