He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the whole process as he went. He then informed us about a maintenance plan that we could sign up for but there was no pressure to sign up. We will definitely call Patrick’s again if we need service, and will also likely sign up for the maintenance plan.

Chad and JR inspected our water heater. The issue was not repairable, and they gave us details about ordering a new water heater. We placed the order with these two gentlemen and made an appt for 8-11-21 for the new one to be installed. Easy, great service!!!!
