We had an A/C go out and called them. They came to us very quickly. Unfortunately, the unit was beyond repair. Still, they came, diagnosed, but didn't charge us! Stellar folks.

Mr. Shayne Bernhard was great. After coming from work we found the AC completely shut off, from the thermostat and compressor. We tried our best to try to find a solution from changing the batteries in, checking the filter, the breaker box, the fuse block next to the compressor but couldn't figure it out, finally we called Patrick's and explained the situation, they were here in less than 3 hrs on a Wednesday evening. It ended up being a clogged drain from months and it tripped the AC off for safety, he was able to fix and clean it in less than 1 hr. I really appreciate them especially now in the beginning of summer, you guys are the best 🫶🏽

Newer A/C not cooling... responded within an hour on weekend. Bad breaker... no power to condenser. Got running. Electrician on way to change out breaker same day or by Monday... yeah. Better yet, no charge because they did my maintenance a few months ago.

Today, 2/20/26, Leo and Chris came to fix my A/C. It was the capacitor. They did a thorough inspection of my unit and replaced the capacitor. They were very professional and had my A/C fixed in no time. I also got the maintenance plan. I am very happy with their service. I used the book online through the official Google page and it was so easy to use! They replied almost immediately, were patient and thorough answering every question I had. Complete transparency about pricing and what to expect through the process. They had scheduled me for the very next morning. They're so thorough in fact, I even had 2 more representatives text me while I was already conversing with the first one who reached out. They really care about getting back to you fast and taking the time to understand your needs and how to effectively serve you. The consultation was only $49 (the place I called before was $99) and the tech I was assigned was professional and so patient with my thousands of questions. 10/10 would recommend Technician Shayne B to anyone who needs help with their air conditioning or heating. The guy knows his stuff and he was refreshingly kind and respectful. Unfortunately, I have an old unit and the part that needed replacing was very expensive. So it will take some saving and long term planning to do what needs to be done. Especially since I'm only renting, I'll pass it along to the home owners. If I could've afforded it now, however, I would have gone through them without hesitation because they earned my trust in their business. Try them out for yourself. They're honest and fast and prioritize their customers. & $49 to find out definitively what needs repairing or replacing with no commitment or hidden fees in today's economy is a steal. Give them a try I promise you won't regret it! 🙂

This evening, my air conditioning wasn't working properly, so I called Patrick's and, as luck would have it, a technician was right in my community. So within about 10 minutes after my call, I had the guy here working on the problem. He proceeded on blowing out the system that seemed to solve the problem, so we had normal cooling again in our house, so I highly recommend Patrick's to solve problems like I had.

Chase and Dakota were prompt, professional and courteous. They spent about 45 minutes doing a total assessment on my condenser and air handler, performed a complete maintenance on the unit and changed the air filter that I supplied. Upon completion, we did a joint inspection of the interior of the air handler, which was completely clean and free of any issues. The drain line was also cleaned. Excellent service.
