Great quality and service
Duke Energy here to upgrade units for energy credits. Noticed heat pump not coming on, advised calling Patrick's. Came out within 2 hours, determined 10-year-old unit was done. Gave us options to repair or replace. We decided to replace, several options there. Decided on an upgrade from current unit with install next day. Great quality and service. We like these guys! 5 stars!

Tom Trumpy Did a Great Job
Tom Trumpy did a great job!! Took the time to find out what was actually wrong with my A/C until Craig Herden, who showed up a few days earlier and basically told me that I wasn't feeling cold air coming out of the ducts that was supposed to be heat. As Tom mentioned, I was paying more for the cold air since the heat pump wasn't working. Please make sure your staff is more knowledgeable about the systems they are working on and can accurately diagnose what is wrong with them. Tom is a superstar!!!

Pool heat pump not working and was told the compressor was bad. So I called Patrick’s for a second opinion. So they came out and did a very thorough job and they allowed me to watch. It’s hard to get people out that can work on pool heat pumps, but they work on them and sell what brand you want. This fact means everything; most places sell but don’t service or help with the warranty. I had a Hayward and the compressor failed about three months out of warranty. Hayward has been no help, but Tom, the tech sent out from Patrick’s, was great.
