These guys were good!
These guys were good! We had a new A/C unit, ductwork, and a hot water tank with a WiFi thermostat installed in one day. The 'A' team – Tom, Josh, Nathen, Jason, Dillon, and Dave – were great. Craig, the plumber, went above and beyond and even fixed our leaking hose spicket. It was pricey and hard on the checkbook, but the peace of mind and quality work is worth it. Thank you, guys!

Lane went over and beyond the call of duty, helping me with a new HVAC and vents. I had spoken to many people in reference to HVAC vents. Fast, friendly, and professional service and staff! We've been customers for several years and trust their team to assist with our HVAC service needs, 100%. On our service call, Tim - our service rep - was great. He explained the issue and repair/replacement options very clearly and helped with all of my questions. Terry then assisted with helping us resolve the issue and finding the best HVAC solution for our home.
Update: The team installed a complete new HVAC system the next day, as promised! We owe big thanks to Gardo and all the members of the team for their efforts today. We're looking forward to our new, much better unit and continued outstanding service!

From estimate to installation, all crew on this job were phenomenal. Justin, Jose, Paul, Jarvis, AJ, and the plumber—I don't remember his name, I'm sorry—are all fantastic. From their professionalism to making me, as the client, feel still at home and part of their crew. They answered all of my questions. This was a big job, and they got it completed and left the work space better than what they came into it. They did a complete HVAC removal and new installation. The total experience has been very smooth. From the inspection and service evaluation with Shayne & AJ to the removal and installation with Jarvis and Bo. All the guys were very personable and friendly. When you are spending that much money, you don't want to deal with unpleasant people! Highly recommend them; they have done several projects for us over the years.

If You Want the Best, These Guys Are the Way to Go
I called yesterday for a quote, and they had Jay come out and look at our system today. Everyone was very polite and so pleasant to speak to. Jay was very thorough and recommended we get an entire system replacement. I would absolutely agree with him on the recommendation. If you are looking for quality work, you can't beat what Patrick's has to offer; however, it comes at a cost. This is where they lost a star in my books. We were thinking maybe $10k, but the quote was more than double that for the 1,100 sq ft home. (That was an entire system replacement: the ducts, the unit, the box the unit sits on... EVERYTHING.) It felt a lot like buying a car in that they came up with a price, offered lots of warranties and "perks," which is nice but way over what we were expecting. Again, I cannot argue with the quality of products or people, so keep that in mind. If you want the best, these guys are the way to go. If you want affordable, not so much. Unfortunately, the price they came up with did not fit for the situation. Thank you guys so much for everything!
